Review Our Policies

At ALOE Event Center, we strive to provide exceptional products and services to our valued customers. To maintain transparency and clarity, we have established the following No Refunds Policy:

Event Space Reservations: Once you have reserved and confirmed your event space with ALOE, the payment made for the reservation is non-refundable. We allocate the venue specifically for your event, which may result in rejecting other potential customers and opportunities. Therefore, we are unable to process refunds for event space reservations.

Cancellations or Changes: Notify us as soon as feasible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation for the event. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but all payments made towards your reservation are non-refundable, but transferable for up to one year. In other words, you can select a different date for the same event or conduct an entirely different event. Please note that ALOE will do its best to accommodate within reason, but we cannot guarantee the availability of your new date of choice or the hall you wish to organize the event in.

Event Services and Add-ons: Additional services, such as catering, audiovisual equipment, and event planning, may be provided by ALOE upon your request. Once these services are confirmed and payment is made, they are non-refundable. We invest significant time, effort, and resources into ensuring the successful execution of your event, and therefore we are unable to issue refunds for these services.

Force Majeure: In exceptional cases beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances, ALOE reserves the right to reschedule or relocate your event. In such cases, we will work closely with you to find suitable alternatives and minimize any inconvenience caused.

Confirmed Appointment for Tours: To ensure our team is available to dedicate their time and provide personalized attention, all tours of our venues must be scheduled by a confirmed appointment. We kindly request that you contact our team in advance to schedule your tour and discuss your specific requirements.

Inclusive Tables and Chairs: When you reserve a venue at ALOE, rest assured that adequate tables and chairs will be provided as part of your rental package. We understand the importance of having the necessary furniture to accommodate your guests comfortably, and we take pride in offering these essentials as part of our service.

Outside Vendors: ALOE welcomes the use of outside vendors, including caterers and decorators, to add their unique touch to your event. However, please note that these vendors must comply with our guidelines and regulations. We recommend that you inform us in advance about your chosen vendors to ensure smooth coordination and to ensure they are familiar with our venue policies.

Vendor Liability Insurance: All outside vendors, including caterers and decorators, must provide proof of liability insurance coverage. This is to protect both the vendor and ALOE from any unforeseen incidents during the event. We require all vendors to submit their insurance certificates to our team prior to the event date.

Vendor Guidelines: ALOE reserves the right to establish specific guidelines and requirements for outside vendors to ensure the safety, quality, and professionalism of services provided. These guidelines may include set-up and teardown timeframes, compliance with health and safety regulations, and adherence to our venue policies. It is the responsibility of the client to communicate these guidelines to their chosen vendors.
