2. Booking, Deposits & Payments

• Quotes, brochures, and online availability are estimates only.
• Event dates are secured only after required deposits are received and confirmed in writing.
• Payment schedules, refunds, reschedules, and cancellation terms are governed by your Event Contract and invoices.
• ALOE reserves the right to correct pricing or typographical errors.

3. Changes, Reschedules & Cancellations

Requests for changes to event dates, guest counts, timing, or packages must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and applicable fees.

If ALOE Event Center must cancel due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, remedies will follow the terms stated within the applicable Event Contract.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, branding, images, videos, and written materials are owned by ALOE Event Center or licensed partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
